Does anyone have any simple pork chop recipes? - chop recipes

I have limited resources for cooking, so I need a simple and easy * * (preferably completely cooked). I just garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce and some other random ingredients from Asia, to (with the work of any plant). I have no flour, Panko crumbs or something of that nature, because it does not really pan.
