Im arranging a poker themed birthday party, what food and music? - party roulette

It was only in January, so I have plenty of time!
I booked drink an elegant hotel guests to wear the tuxedos and dresses, to encourage them to champagne and cocktails. I hope to have a roulette table. But what else?
What music would be better? What foods, if at all? Please help!
