I have broken veins on my face and im only 18! Why? and how can i get rid of them? - broken veins on face

Lately I've had a few broken veins on the cheek on my mouth. This morning I had a seat next to my mouth, as has been said, now I just noticed that the rosacea appeared around the place! Why? and who knows how they are going to do with anything? "Thank you.
