What sort of window covering should I have for a wall of windows in a modern condo? - how to cover floor to ceiling windows

If we have only a very new, modern apartment with a wall of windows from floor to ceiling. We have no idea how to cope ... both in the program if the neighbors, but also block the light sleep when we do. Help!
